- Employment Type: Indefinite Term Type Contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 10AM TO 7PM COL- Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home**What do you need to succeed?**
- English level: C1
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations (preferred).
- Tech Stack: Google suites.

**What awaits you in this role?**
- Managing Rental Listings: Create and maintain comprehensive, appealing rental listings across various platforms to attract potential tenants.
- Pre-Screening Applicants: Review submitted showing requests and conduct preliminary assessments to ensure alignment with leasing criteria.
- Facilitating Property Tours: Arrange and supervise self-guided property tours, addressing any concerns or queries applicants may have during the tour.
- Final Applicant Screening: Conduct a final screening of applicants, verifying information and ensuring compliance with leasing standards.
- Lease Agreement Administration: Prepare and dispatch lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Tenant Move-In Coordination: Facilitate the move-in process for approved tenants, ensuring a smooth transition into our units.
- Adaptable Role: Remain flexible to evolving responsibilities and contribute to the growth of our firm by adapting to changing needs.
