Responsabilidades del Rol
Como Project Manager en Darwoft, tendrás un rol clave en supervisar y coordinar el proceso de desarrollo de software, asegurando la entrega puntual y efectiva de productos de alta calidad. Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
**Gestión del Backlog**: Priorizar y gestionar el backlog de desarrollo para asegurar que los objetivos del negocio se cumplan.
**Gestión de Incrementos**: Supervisar las iteraciones en un entorno Ágil, garantizando que cada ciclo de desarrollo sea productivo y cumpla con los objetivos establecidos.
**Reportes de Progreso**: Preparar y presentar informes de gestión y progreso detallados a las partes interesadas.
**Facilitación SCRUM**: Actuar como facilitador de ceremonias SCRUM, asegurando el cumplimiento de los principios Ágiles.
**Planificación de Lanzamientos**: Coordinar con el equipo para planificar los lanzamientos a producción de manera eficiente.
**Mantenimiento de la Hoja de Ruta**: Actualizar y gestionar la hoja de ruta del producto, asegurando que refleje los objetivos y plazos.
**Monitoreo de Proyecto**: Gestionar costos, calidad y plazos, garantizando la entrega exitosa del proyecto.
**Requisitos**:
**Experiência**: Mínimo 5 años de experiência gestionando proyectos de software.
**Certificación SCRUM**: Certificación como SCRUM Master o experiência equivalente.
**Conocimientos Técnicos**: Fuerte comprensión de los procesos de desarrollo de software y metodologías Ágiles.
**Comunicación**: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés (nível B2 o superior).
**Resolución de Problemas**: Habilidad analítica y capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
**Trabajo en Equipo**: Experiência colaborando en equipos orientados a proyectos.
