Bilingual Cold Caller

REI Call Center is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven _**"Bilingual Cold Caller (Part Time)"**_ to join us immediately. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients and generating leads for our real estate agents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases
- Introduce our real estate services and value proposition to potential clients
- Qualify leads and gather essential information about their real estate needs
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred**
**- Fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST**
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence
- Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $3 - $4 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
