We are a real estate company bases in the USA, doing business in North America and LATAM. We are hiring a skilled sales executive to work as a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter.

**Job Scope**:

- Responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to convert leads in real files
- Tracking costumer contacts (leads) socializing the properties
- Obtain costumer information
- Following up on previous costumer contacts
- Elaborate reports.
- You will be the person in charge of customer service to contact by phone.
- You will be given the training and a script.The leads you will call are in the USA and LATAM.

**Skills / Experience**:

- Experience Verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills, Telephone sales skills, time management.
- Preferably experience in banking or finance telemarketing or costumer service.

**Contract**: Independent services under the laws of Florida
**Compensation: $ 85.000 + Bonues** Pesos Argentino / Full Time
**Schedule**: Work schedule and holidays will be based on USA timeline. 8-5 pm Monday to Friday
