En Siemens Energy estamos buscando un(a) Quality Professional para contratos de mantenimiento para Turbogeneradores de Vapor con base en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja.

la ejecución de los servicios en sitio para asegurar los más altos estándares de Seguridad, Calidad y asistencia al cliente.

**Cual es tu responsabilidad**
- Elaborar y analizar conceptos, métodos, herramientas y procedimientos de calidad como parte de sistemas de gestión de calidad efectivos, en un área de calidad específica o en una unidad de organización asignada.
- Preparar el análisis, herramientas y metodologías relativas a calidad para que la dirección correspondiente tome decisiones. Asesorar a la dirección responsable en temas específicos de calidad.
- Garantizar e implementar estándares, directrices y programas relacionados a calidad en un área específica de calidad, en la(s) unidad(es) organizativa(s) asignada(s).
- Analizar los procesos y tareas del trabajo asignado y proponer mejoras.
- Gestionar, controlar y dirigir el plan de calidad asociado a los proyectos y tareas específicas de calidad.

**Cuáles son los requisitos para el cargo**
- Ingeniero mecánico o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência profesional. 2 años de experiência específica en gestión de calidad para mantenimientos de equipos rotativos de preferencia turbogeneradores. (Deseable)
- Herramientas informáticas (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Metodologías de la gestión de calidad.
- Inglés básico (deseable).
- Capacidad analítica - Comunicación interpersonal - Resolución de problemas - Toma de decisiones Escucha activa.
