**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced I.T. Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our information technology systems. The I.T. Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our network, systems, and related infrastructure are always fully functional, secure, and efficient. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the I.T. department, ensuring that all systems are operational and efficiently supporting the business needs.
- Manage and maintain the call center’s network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other related hardware.
- Lead and manage a team of I.T. professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team is equipped to handle all technical challenges.
- Develop and implement I.T. policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and efficiency of the company’s I.T. systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively prevent potential problems to minimize downtime.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and managing appropriate backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure and maintain I.T. equipment and services.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements to improve the company’s I.T. infrastructure continually.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the I.T. department budget, ensuring all expenditures are within the allocated resources.
- Certificado ITIL V4.
- Conocimiento previo de Firewall con enfasis en cyberseguridad y manejo de redes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in I.T. management, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining network infrastructure and related technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- In-depth knowledge of network security, data backup and recovery, and system performance monitoring.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
