We are searching the best talent for **REQUISITION TO PAY (R2P) SPECIALIST **to be in** Bogotá**

Purpose: The R2P Specialist will perform the alignment to and compliance with defined Source to Settle related Accounts Payable (A/P) specific operational processes & policies. These job duties include (but are not limited to) process operations of the Company’s Aged Trial Balance (ATB) debit/credit balance positions (including recovery of long standing ATB credit positions), A/P Duplicate Payment, Recovery Audit functional operations, coordination of the annual Supplier Statement solicitation & internal credit recovery operations, conducting A/P transactional compliance audits, providing support for Req-to-Pay related Sarbanes-Oxley testing & reporting obligations, supplier risk & fraud management support, carrying out Escheat/Unclaimed Property process coordination and compliance reporting support (where applicable).

In addition to conducting A/P operations compliance support functions, you will complete various Regional/Local tax compliance and operational requirements including VAT, IRS 1099/1042 withholding process management.

This role will have various financial compliance & performance reporting responsibilities including A/P Bank Reconciliation activities, cash flow & discount process performance monitoring. This position requires regular communication to internal and external customers, ad-hoc report development for R2P related project needs.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance/accounting
- Proficiency with Procurement & Finance/Accounting processes (Requisitioning, PO, Invoicing, General Ledger)and data analysis.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with various levels of the organization.
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Proficient level of English language
- Demonstrated effectively working remotely with business partners
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills are preferred.
- Strong SAP and Ariba Buyer software experience is preferred.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and deliver results with mínimal mentorship.
