**Position**:
- The International Operations Department is involved in the day to day and overall business processes for the international sales teams. The Business Innovation team are focused on designing and launching solutions to support a global network of Business Developers, institutions, and agents. The International Marketing Department helps a dozen institutions and their business development teams to empower their agency partners, serve their student applicants, and build what’s next in international student recruitment._
- As a Community Manager, you will play an important role with lots of room for growth in a team that thrives on content that conveys value and drives action. You will work with international and brand marketing, as well as regional sales and partners, to fuel the explosive growth of their destination institutions._
- Create content that drives demand, customer engagement, and traffic, with the aim to deliver higher qualified sales pipeline and customer retention
- Write long-form and short-form content, as needed, for guides, testimonials, case studies, and product collateral
- Work closely with marketing managers to turn creative briefs into integrated marketing campaigns—from LinkedIn ads to landing pages to one-pagers
- Work with full team of marketers to deliver on content marketing strategy and editorial plans
- Follow editorial guidance and company branding, including style and tone - Optimize content based on routine metrics of user traffic and engagement - Assist in repurposing content across different mediums, including video and social media
- Assist in conducting regular content audits and developing content marketing strategy - Stay up to date on construction news and trends that impact target personas
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Capable of working independently to manage multiple projects - Ability to work swiftly and deliver on tight deadlines
- Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding & knowledge of style guides
- Ability to create innovative and entertaining content
- Self-starter, high-energy, with ability to execute on business objectives
- Experience working in a construction software or technology services related company a plus
- Outstanding writing and communication skills
- 8-10 years of writing experience in a similar role
- Experience of copywriting - content marketing is a mandate
