We are located in Peru and are looking for the best Comunity Manager for our team who loves everything related to content creation, and social media management.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
Community Engagement:

- Building and nurturing a vibrant community of sports betting enthusiasts through various online channels, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community members, responding quickly to questions, comments, and concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
- Foster positive relationships with community members, encouraging active participation, and promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Identifying and leveraging user-generated content to enhance engagement and brand advocacy.

**Social Media Management**:

- Developing a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Creating and curating compelling content (text, images, videos, etc.) with the support of the graphic design area aligned with the brand's voice and values for different social media platforms.
- Monitoring social media channels, promptly addressing comments, messages, and reviews, and escalating critical issues to the appropriate team members.
- Analyzing social media performance metrics and providing actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.

**Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and informative content related to sports betting, including articles, blog posts, infographics, and videos.
- Ensuring content is optimized for search engines and shareable across various platforms.
- Researching industry trends, sports events, and betting tips to produce relevant, up-to
- date content that resonates with the target audience.

**Brand Advocacy**:

- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values, mission, and commitment to responsible gambling.
- Identifying and engage with influential individuals and communities within the sports betting industry to amplify brand reach and build strategic partnerships.
- Monitoring and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for business improvement.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven 2 years experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the sports betting, gaming, or sports industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Familiarity with sports betting terminology, trends, and customer preferences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Passion for sports, betting, and the ability to stay up to date with industry news and events.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, content creation software, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of responsible gambling practices and regulations is a plus.
