**About the Role**

As the leader of our social ads department, you'll steer your team towards ongoing enhancements in performance. **Key Responsibilities**
- Craft an actionable plan to execute the provided advertising strategy effectively, encompassing ad campaigns, targeting strategies, and scheduling optimizations.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to comments and direct messages across social media channels, particularly those associated with paid ads.
- Coordinate the creation of visual content for ads, including gathering assets and crafting compelling copy in alignment with creative briefs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with internal team members and external customers to ensure timely completion of pending tasks.
- Generate and deliver comprehensive reports and analyses of paid advertising campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, as directed by the Growth Marketer.
- Participate in calls or virtual meetings with customers and our team during business hours (9 am - 5 pm EST) to discuss campaign progress and address inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketer to develop, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Provide input on company processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the execution of A/B tests, utilizing testing tools and data-driven methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in implementing technical elements such as Conversion API, Tracking Pixels, and tracking parameters (UTM/Destination URLs/Tags/GA4 Conversions) within the department.
**Position Prerequisites**
- Demonstrated expertise as a Social Paid Ads Manager or in a similar capacity for a minimum of 5 years.
- Preferred possession of Meta Certifications, or a willingness to obtain them before commencement.
- Thorough understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms.
- Proven track record of adhering to established review and approval procedures.
- Proficiency in generating customized reports and dashboards.
- Strong command of data analysis tools such as Excel, Hubspot, Looker Studio, and similar software.
- Sound comprehension of digital marketing principles and tactics.
- Proficiency in utilizing design tools like Canva for creating ads while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with project management platforms like Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Innovative thinking and adept problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience with Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms is highly advantageous.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in the marketing field and influencer/creator industry.
- Experience with Google, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
**Shift Time**
- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST, Monday to Friday.
- Required to work during Colombian public holidays.
