**UBITS** es el hub de educación online de habla hispana, en donde, diseñas, ejecutas y mides tu estrategia de entrenamiento.

Actualmente estamos buscando a nuestro próximo **QA & People Data**,para nuestro nuevo equipo de Assessments. Serás responsable de asegurar junto con el resto del equipo la calidad de los assessments mediante apoyo estadístico/matemático (validez, confiabilidad, ausencia de sesgos, calibración, etc.), así como de generar insights sobre el desempeño de los assessments en los clientes y usuarios para su mejora, innovación o desuso.

**Responsabilidades**
- Verificar que los assessments cumplan en temas estadísticos y matemáticos2.
- Correr la prueba para obtener la validez y calidad de los assessments.
- Diseñar reportes para clientes de cómo se consumen este tipo de productos en los clientes.
- Iterar constantemente estos assessments.
- Implementar mejoras necesarias en los assessments.
- Sacar insights y reportes para clientes.
- Llevar a cabo estudios de validez y confiabilidad para asegurar que las pruebas midan lo que se pretende medir de manera consistente.
- Análisis de datos, la realización de estudios piloto, el cálculo de coeficientes de confiabilidad y la comparación de resultados con criterios externos.
- Mantener y actualizar las pruebas existentes para asegurar su vigencia y relevancia. Esto puede incluir la revisión y actualización de los ítems, el monitoreo de la calidad de las pruebas en uso y la incorporación de nuevas investigaciones y avances.

**Requisitos**
- Ser egresado de Ingeniería en informática, Ingeniería en computación, licenciatura en tecnología.
- Experiência de 5 años en Data.
- Experiência de 3 años en People Analytics o Data para HR.
- Habilidades estadísticas: Se requiere la capacidad para llevar a cabo análisis estadísticos, como cálculos de validez y confiabilidad, análisis factorial y equating, utilizando software especializado.
- Estudio sólidos en data science idealmente aplicado a HR.

- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, colaborar con otros profesionales, como psicólogos organizacionales, investigadores y diseñadores instruccionales, por lo que es importante tener habilidades de trabajo en equipo y capacidad para colaborar de manera efectiva.
- Inglés: fluido, escrito y conversacional.
