**What**:
Minka recently raised a Series A and is looking to increase its team. We are one of the best infrastructure fintechs globally and would like to get good talent on board.

The Product Manager is the bridge and the glue between the internal teams, the market and our customers. It is both an external role and an internal role facing our engine and product teams.

The Product Manager is responsible for the product roadmap, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engine, revenue, product and support to ensure we meet our and our customer objectives.

You will need to ensure that the product(s) support our overall strategy, our goals and represent the needs of the customer and the voice of the end-user. And to say no when necessary.

**How**:
**Be a solver**:

- Do whatever it takes to communicate customer needs and opportunities within the organization and get them delivered.
- Collaborate with engine, product and revenue teams, and other stakeholders to establish and execute timeline workflows, benchmarks, goals, and detailed requirements.

**Be an owner**:

- Be responsible for the roadmap to grow the minka_ network.
- Lead product throughout the entire product life-cycle including strategic and tactical activities such as product definition, distribution and customer support.
- Gain a deep understanding of the new infrastructure for money and represent it internally in minka_
- Participate in the agile product development process, ensure features are prioritized accurately and releases are delivered on time without excuses.
- Make sure you constantly improve and learn about the internet, bitcoin and money.

**Write it down**:

- Facilitate ideation sessions with clients to rapidly determine customer needs and create testable solution prototypes.
- Document the requirements and facilitate the discussions with the customers.
- Create and drive product strategy, definition, prioritization and plan by collaborating with internal partners and clients.
- Be the voice and the pen of the customers within the company.

**Who**:
**Required skills**:

- 7+ years of experience working in software product management or program delivery
- Bachelors, Masters University Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong background in product discovery methodologies supporting incubation, experimentation, and new product development.
- Get stuff done attitude and make your voice heard when necessary.
- A good grasp of agile principles and executing in an agile environment, preferably certified in Agile
- Positive, motivated attitude, with an emphasis on excellent teamwork.
