**Responsibilities**:

- In this role, you'll:

- Partner with business leaders to develop, prioritize, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies. **_Passionate about technical hiring_**:

- Be creative and innovative. Help us build the roadmap of best in class hiring for the future.

- Seek out unique points of view. Help mentor those around you and inspire them to bring new ideas to the table.

**Required**:

- 3+ years experience in a recruiting role, preferably at a high-growth, technology (software) SaaS companies; Demonstrated experience as a player coach.
- Experience using data to inform recruiting funnel metrics and managing pass through ratios to successful outcomes.
- Ability to partner with peers and leaders in other locations to facilitate delivery of the global recruiting plan

**Desired**:

- 2+ years experience in a **technical** recruitment capacity and player/coach role; you will be working with several world class talent sourcers

This position will be located in our Bogota office or remote in Colombia.
