**Tu rol en Baxter**:
Realizara el manejo terapéutico de los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica y aguda atendidos en la Red Nacional de RTS, alineados con los estándares mínimos de habilitación, indicadores clínicos y de calidad, acordes con las metas corporativas y código de ética médica.

**Tu equipo**:
En Baxter RTS acompañamos a los pacientes en su proceso de atención renal con opciones de terapia innovadoras desde hace más de 60 años. Somos pioneros en la creación de soluciones para diálisis domiciliaria (diálisis peritoneal) y diálisis en un centro (hemodiálisis). Estamos comprometidos con ayudarle a lograr los mejores resultados posibles mediante la atención simplificada.

**Lo que realizarás en Baxter**:

- Realizar la valoración, diagnóstico, plan de evolución y formulación de plan de cuidado al paciente con enfermedad renal crónica o aguda de acuerdo a intervención terapéutica individualizada, que requiera en cada fase de su estado de salud y registrarlo en el sistema informático definido por la organización.
- Conocer y aplicar los procedimientos, protocolos y guías de manejos vigentes en Baxter-RTS, para atención médica.
- Ofrecer estrategias de atención a los pacientes para mejorar su condición clínica y adaptación a su entorno con una patología renal de manera integral.
- Asegurar la veracidad, oportunidad, confiabilidad y protección de los datos generados de la prestación en salud en la IPS de la red nacional e informes de la organización, en las diferentes herramientas tecnológicas de la información utilizadas en la IPS.
- Participar interactivamente con el equipo multidisciplinario para el manejo integral del paciente con enfermedad renal crónica y aguda en la IPS de la Red Nacional de RTS.
- Cumplir con los procesos, procedimientos, políticas y normas en la interacción con las diferentes áreas de la organización RTS a nível local, regional y central.
- Dar cumplimiento a la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad; participando y aportando activamente en programas implementados por la compañía

**Lo que aportarás a Baxter**
- Pregrado en Medicina y Cirujano
- Post-Grado: Nefrología
Experiência mínima de dos años (2) en cargos asistenciales.
- Habilidad en el manejo de sistemas ofimáticos
- Manejo de Excel
- Conocimiento del sistema de salud en Colombia.
