**What can you expect in a **Global Head of Recruitment Marketing** role (Senior Director level) at TaskUs?**

**As a **Global Head of Recruitment Marketing**, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and market presence as well as establish leadership as employer of choice. This position involves leading a growing marketing team dedicated to our global centers of excellence, collaborating closely with the Global recruitment and brand teams to implement international brand marketing strategies.**

**Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this is a key leadership role on the marketing team in defining and implementing our international brand marketing strategy across all its territories.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Excellence Awareness**:

- **Develop and execute programs and campaigns to raise awareness for operational excellence and the office of our Chief Operating Officer (COO).**
- **Drive initiatives that highlight TaskUs' commitment to operational excellence, both internally and externally.
**Employer of Choice Branding**:

- **Develop and execute programs to raise visibility and awareness, positioning TaskUs as the best place to work.**
- **Collaborate with the global brand, communications, and content teams to create a unified strategy that reinforces our employer brand.
**Brand Strategy**:

- **Translate brand strategies into comprehensive brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy**
- **Develop clear marketing channel strategies and support requirements to drive growth.
**Performance Review and Fine-Tuning**:

- **Review regional marketing plans and delivery, working closely with regional leads to fine-tune performance and ensure alignment with global objectives.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- **Work in partnership with the global brand, communications, and content teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing initiatives.**
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate executional excellence, both internally (strategies, presentations, memos) and externally (campaigns, creative assets).**

**Metrics Improvement and Growth Performance**:

- **Drive end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, focusing on top-of-the-funnel/brand metrics improvement and low-funnel/growth performances.**
