Our global Commercial Team seeks to enrich and support local teams with world class ways of working, planning objectives, defining strategy, executing commercial campaigns, experience in optimizing assortment and generating positive impact to bring more profit to the business

Your day to day...- Performing data analyses, identifying local issues and growth opportunities across multiple teams- Building structured recommendations with specific action plans to address issues and tackle opportunities.- Understanding competitive landscape, market trends and user research to suggest new features for business roadmap.- Being able to follow up on multiple topics at a time with structured, organized and scalability methodologies- Forecasting OKR with different methodologies with weekly plans to measure and adjust to guarantee results.

Key Requirements- DRIVE to make things happen- Practical SQL knowledge and Power BI usage ( Practical Test will be done )- Have a degree in engineering, business management, economy or related fields- Master degree is a plus- Have 2+ years of work experience and relevant business acumen- Are comfortable presenting recommendations in meetings and working under pressure- Love getting to concrete, specific and actionable business insights.- Strong sense of ownership in your work- Are a self-starter and have initiative to propose new projects- Fluency English and Spanish.
