- Proyección, facilidad de palabra, análisis estadístico, proactividad, responsabilidad, conciliador, organización, toma de decisiones, ágil

- Propósito del puesto:

- Organización y planeación de recursos para satisfacer necesidades del mercado.
- con base en demanda e insumos disponibles.
- Funciones:

- Progamar las líneas de producción de acuerdo a demanda y disponibilidad de recursos
- Ejecutar los procedimientos, checklist y demás requerimientos para asegurar la mejora continua.
- Optimizar los recursos de la cerveceria para cumplir los objetivos de producción
- Planeación estratega de nuestros productos para cubrir la demanda del mercado
- Cumplir con las rutinas establecidas en el rol
- Generación de informes con relación a KPI’s
