You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
**How you will contribute**
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

**What you need to know about this position**:
Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

Coordinate and manage the immigration processes of international assignments and permanent moves (inbound/outbound).
**Education / Certification**:
Bachelor's degree
**Role specific requirements**:
- Advanced English
- 2+ of experience in Immigration for LATAM, Global Mobility desired
- Experience in a multinational company is strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders and employees at all levels across the organization
- Complex guidance in terms that are clear, professional, and concise
- Ability to develop and understand new processes quickly
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking, working independently and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
