Department Overview Finance is responsible for activities below Accounting, Taxes, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, GTM and Project Accounting
**Job Description**:
Act as a trusted business partner and financial advisor to the regional Products, Services, Software and Systems Integration leadership reporting to the Head of Finance of LACR.

Drive growth as well as profitability for the business. Provide thought leadership, financial tools & structures as well as adhoc analytics and reporting.

Ensure robust business planning and execution against forecast sales, margins, cash flow, collections, etc for the business. Provide sound and storytelling financial analysis that brings clarity to decisionmaking.

Support large and smaller projects with appropriate cost management and budget control. Play a critical role in project reviews and challenge as well as support the SI, Services and SW teams from a financial and commercial perspective.

Drive process improvements and collaborate with the finance accounting and finance presales leads to drive best practices and oversee the project accounting function. Balance sheet control and liaison with auditors.

Basic Requirements

1012 years of experience in financeaccounting performing various finance roles including substantial controllership of systems deployment andor delivering managed service, integration and software contracts with at least 5 to 10 subordinate staff in a large organization.

CPAMBACFACIMA qualifications will be required for the role

Strong understanding of local accounting and US GAAP standards. Deep knowledge of corporate and operating finance fundamentals. POC Accounting.

Change driven, decision focused, and rooted in sound analytics

Quick learner and critical thinker, ability to manage and resolve problems

Strong communicator at the leadership level and effective in working across functions and in matrix environments

You must be able to work with minimum supervision, be selfmotivated and be a strong team player

You will have the ability to lead a team both local and remote team members.

Oracle ERP knowledge

Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a 43;.
