**Job Description** About the role**

The Delivery Sr Analyst independently coordinates end to end the consulting and development for the Advanced Analytics AnM projects (Assortment, decision trees and innovation incrementality) with the client and the internal team (sales, modelling, and CS).

They have strong knowledge of Advanced Analytics solutions and are able to inspire junior team members to contribute to the development of the Analytics team. Building solid Partnerships with Nielsen’s clients by providing powerful Insights & Recommendations.

**Responsibilities**
- Management of several projects simultaneously and complex or customized studies. Guide the team (Consultants and Interns) during the project execution, managing their workload and supporting them from end to end of the projects.
- Guarantee a correct review of inputs and steps of the project process for all the projects with the rest of junior members.
- Build strong, clear, and persuasive stories as deliverable reports by using an analytical flow, storytelling, RACI and use of SCQA. Within its story telling is able to translate in a concrete, clear and persuasive way its headers, recommendations and conclusions. Moreover, is able to demand junior team members the use of SCQA, RACI and analytical flow for its projects. They guarantees that junior consultants prepare clear reports demonstrating strong knowledge of its category and client project.
- Makes sound decisions and resolves problems in a client focused fashion. Anticipates potential issues of process or deliverables and is able to resolve by its own and make an action plan to reduce client impacts.
- Supervise new members’ work. Train new joiners and lead certification programs.
- Coaching of junior/intern members.
- Supports Sales Leaders and CS to design the best proposals and make proposal sign off.
- Leads and executes in a proactive and efficient way the creation of case studies or thought leadership materials.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or Advertising.
- 4+ years’ experience in similar roles.
- Good understanding of the client’s needs. Client management skills.
- Interpersonal and presentation skills, high attention to detail, multi-tasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills and insight generation.
- Strong critical thinking.
- Strong ability to manage projects and prioritize own workload to ensure delivery in line with commitments. Time management / project management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- MANDATORY: Fluent English
