**What You’ll Do**
As a UX Designer, you’ll play a critical role in creating engaging, user-centered designs that align with our product vision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to inform design decisions.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers.
- Iterating on designs based on data and user insights to ensure optimal user experiences.
- Advocating for UX best practices and maintaining consistency in the user journey.
**What We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer with:
- Experience: 2-5 years in UX design, preferably in a digital product environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Research Expertise: Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to translate complex problems into simple and elegant solutions.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Education: A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience).
