Check out the details below Responsibilities: -Identifying target user groups and carrying out interviews or othertypes of inquiry to help understand user needs - Ensuring thecreation and implementation of customized experiences for thedigital user - Producing high-quality solutions through flowdiagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps - Providingguidance on the implementation of UX research techniques andtesting activities to assess user behavior - Constantly learningand staying up to date on industry trends - Performing tests onuser interface elements - Collaborating with designers, developers,and product managers to understand project goals and userrequirements Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a UXDesigner or similar role - Experience with Figma is a must -Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing -Understanding of information architecture, interaction design, andvisual design principles - Excellent communication andcollaboration skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-pacedand agile environment - Experience designing for web and mobileapplications is preferred - English proficiency Benefits: You willhave an Undefined Contract, a fast and deep growing career path,pre-paid health insurance coverage with Sura for you and oneadditional member of your family, flex time, flexibility to workfrom home or in the office, yearly ophthalmological health bonus,and the opportunity to improve your English skills by workingside-by-side with international teams and projects, apart fromfully personalized English classes, and more All resumes andapplication answers must be in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
