The Marketing & Admissions Associate will contribute to Holberton’s Marketing and Admissions team to motivate people who are interested in training as software developers for initiating their path in our academy through marketing strategies, and insights.

The role looks for people who will encourage the next generation of developers to select Holberton as the place to be.

This role in Holberton School represents the opportunity of guidance and support of new talent entering into the technology industry. Unlike traditional learning environments, Holberton does not have teachers, does not offer traditional classes and does not promote competition, our methodology, instead, is cohort-based, project-led and peer-learning using a cloud based platform to deliver the software development training programs.

**OBJECTIVES**

The Marketing & Admissions Associate will support the objectives of the organization

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Careers related to communication, advertising or marketing.
- Conversion actions oriented to metrics and insights.
- Digital Marketing.
- Graphic and audiovisual skills.
- Well-developed written, oral communication and negotiation skills in english and spanish.
- Comfortable with hybrid work, self-directed tasks and able to work effectively as part of a remote team.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the design and implementation of strategies to increase and convert the number of applicants for Holberton School.
- Communicate with people who are interested in software development training and support them in their needs (followup).
- Posts for social media campaigns.
- Help with the Admissions Process for their upcoming cohorts of Holberton School-Coderise programs.
- Support the digital marketing strategies through Google and Meta campaigns.
- Should attend two or three days during the week at Holberton Office in Bogotá.

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and cloud services. Working knowledge of Google Apps.
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Adobe Effects) and Canva.
- Online advertising (Meta and Google)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent team skills and customer service attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
