A Social Media Customer Service Analyst is responsible for providing customer support and assistance through Social Media channels: Meta, TikTok, etc.
Responding to customer inquiries and requests for assistance through Social Media Channels in a timely and professional manner
Identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions or escalations
Resolving customer issues and complaints to their satisfaction
Gathering and documenting customer feedback to inform product or service improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products or services to effectively support customers

- REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Role, providing remote assistance.
Knowledge of Social Media Apps is a must.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively listen and understand customer needs.
They should also be able to think on their feet and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also important for this role.
Familiarity with chat software and customer service tools is a plus.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From $1,400,000 per month
