**Position Main Purpose**

We're currently searching for a highly organized and skilled digital marketing lead for a regional position (North Latin America) to join our team at Kimberly Clark. As a digital marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand's growth and success with an emphasis in digital. We're looking for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional strategic and communication skills, and a passion for transformation.

**Overall responsibilities**
- Work together with the regional Media team + data to deliver a holistic consumer experience
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- Oversee social media platforms, working together with the agencies to create compelling and relevant content to engage the target audience.
- Support regional digital agencies to achieve desired marketing outcomes
- Support Marketing teams to deliver digital strategies to grow our brands
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing strategies.

**Some requirements**
- English and Spanish is a must
- Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms (Google analytics, Google search, Media dashboards)
