**Billing Analyst**:

As a Billing Analyst, you will provide financial and control expertise to the Motion Business in Colombia benchmarking KPIs while working with other finance professionals to understand the drivers of financial performance, identifying trends relevant to the business. In this role you will study business performance, including financial modelling to forecast the impacts and risks, and recommend areas for continuous improvement.

**This position reports to**:
Procurement Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for complying with local or government regulations to generate commercial invoices to customers.
- Execute requests in time (24H) confirm to the applicant that the billing has been made.
- Comply with company requirements (standards, etc).
- Attend the meetings of the businesses to which it provides support (MO & PA) and the financial area.
- Carry out financial training that was required for MO&PA businesses
- Communicating information to relevant stakeholder groups to support corrective action plans.
- Helping to prepare financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting documents and presentations.
- Optimizing performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplication and coordinating information requirements.
- Establishing and overseeing processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.
- Maintaining audit trails and documentation for future audits and reviews.
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with controllers and the Accounting team to identify and discuss issues and suggestions for improvement.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Work history of 2 years with at least 1 year of experience in related positions.
- Billing experience.
- Knowledge of Colombian legal regulations (DIAN).
- Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including ERP, SAP and Sales Force.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic or Intermediate English (Desirable).
