**Job Summary**
Provide support with the development and implementation of Marketing activities aligned with the plans and strategies to achieve goals, such as activations (legal contract & logistics with third party supplier, instant wins), ground them depending on the Retail environment to be implemented, and the approval formats to legalize the investment. Develops/Delivers presentation of launches, promotions/ initiatives and business status to the Commercial team. Monitors launch activities execution and performance. Analyze Key Performance Indicators to identify local issues and business opportunities. Have new product launch deliverables on time, including sales sheet, delivery of sales samples, push girl script, trade presentation, etc. Responsible for the support of product promotion, while working with other business partners (CD, Retail Marketing, CS&L, Finance) to deliver business results.
**Responsibilities/Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement brand strategies in partnership with leadership, using insights Manage all business financials, including brand P&L budgeting and tracking
- Understand, analyze and leverage company, channel, category, consumer and shopper data effectively
- Lead innovation projects with the cross-functional team
- Handle/Support the brand/product line in customer/trade data collection and Lead commercialization and build business plan for new product opportunities in collaboration with Retail Marketing & Customer Development, Finance and CS&L teams
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Monitors market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues based on consumer needs and habits.
- Proposes plans, implements and follows up on marketing activities (also those included in the approved Activity Grid) to close gaps at each Retail Environment, ensuring consistency with strategy, in coordination with Retail Mk, and framed on an agreed timing, taking into consideration Resources & limitations.
- Reviews implementation of price strategy and tackles pricing opportunities vs competitors to improve profitability.
- Reviews Demand Planning and sku portfolio optimization aligned with the Hub. Ensures implantation of the Media Strategy. Keeps track of performance to assess against goals and give visibility to the team
**Range of Qualifi**cations**
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineers, Marketing
At least 1 year of experience in marketing or commercial related areas
English Advanced
Excel & Power Point
SAP (preferred)
Nielsen Knowledge (preferred)
Experience working in consumer product goods (preferred)
