About The Role
As
Jr. Brand Manager for
Personal Care you will support the Sr.

Brand Manager in the implementation of the marketing strategy and plans to achieve the market share objectives and financial goals in each country in the Andean region Assist in the development of the new products, communication campaigns and co-develop regional activities taking into consideration the market dynamics and business opportunities of the region.

You will also be in contact with the local, regional & distributed team, keeps close track to timelines, align and communicate LATAM Rollouts with divisional and local teams.


What You Will Do

  • Provide support with the development & implementation of Marketing activities such as activations, point of sales (legal contract & logistics with thirdparty supplier, instant wins), ground them depending on the retail environment to be implemented, and the approval formats to legalize the investment
  • Lead the creation (or extend) of new SKUs on a regional scope, including the brief, price format, cost, and margin simulation follow up, as well as follow up to MDG & BPM processes and artwork approval processes
  • Have new product launches on time, including sales sheets, delivery of sales samples, push girl script, pictures, etc.
  • Work closely with the agency and build powerful and compelling briefs to amplify locally the regional innovation pipeline and local projects
  • Supervise market trends and competitors activities to find opportunities and key issues bases on consumer needs and habits

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related
  • Between 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Marketing
  • Experience in the mass consumption industry is required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Nielsen management
  • Advanced English level
