**Job Summary**:
The Customer Service Representative Drive Order Management and Design handling operational performance within aassigned portfolio of customers and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement.
The position is based in Colombia, Bogota.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

**What you will do**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Drive customer SC integration and engagement within Account team.
- Secure Customer Service integration.
- Understand and build supply chain elements/actions into the Key account plan.
- Develop customer understanding and relationships through Supply Chain Agenda (Lead).
- Drive value added activities with direct impact to customers cost reductions.
- Drive forecasting process with the customer and KA team.
- Identify customer demand patterns and build the best fi t supply chain solution to fulfill it.

Secure OFPM operations at customer level:

- Coordinate order management process and secure supply chain PM / AM order fulfillment: Order management, design, administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics.
- Synergy with internal functions like planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, technical service.
- Drive Continuous Improvement activities from customer perspective.
- Focused KPI

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Management, International Relationships, International Commerce, or similar, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good English communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong business understanding and customer service.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office - advanced Excel and PowerPoint), SAP R/3.
- Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and able to multi task.
