**Executive Assistant job description**
**Objective of the position**
Support and assistance to the company's Presidency and Management area in administrative tasks, ensuring optimal development in their management, through organization, bilateral communication, and teamwork, while establishing effective relationships with Clients
**FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Manage and organize the agenda of the President of the company, keeping an optimal control of it, schedule activities, meetings, appointments.
3. Attention of visits
4. Organize administrative meetings of the work team according to the needs and requirements of the Presidency or the work team
5. Development of strategies for customer loyalty.
6. Register and document all relevant information on the management of the company for the purposes of process control and traceability of news.
7. Give support to the different areas of the company in organizational management of administrative activities or operations.
8. Reports to management on the specific results of the company's operation.
9. Treatment of clients and suppliers of the company
10. Guarantee Quality in the management of their tasks.
11. The other functions inherent to the position determined by the President or manager of the company.
12. Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
13. Following and reviewing employees KPIs.

**Experience & Background**
- Training: Technician or Professional in administrative careers, administrative assistant, bilingual executive secretary.
- Other knowledge: Customer service, human talent, excellent management of office tools
- Work experience: Experience of more than 5 years in positions of assistant or administrative and / or management secretary
- Language: Advanced English, speaking, reading, writing, listening.
**Work schedule and benefits**
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am 17:00 and according to the company's provisions
- In office
- Pre-paid medicine
**Salary**: $2,500,000 - $3,500,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Barranquilla, Atlántico: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
