**Job Description Summary**: As related customer equipment, faciliaties or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

This people leader role is responsible for driving Site Planning, Preparation and Site Readiness and installation processes in the regional “Healthcare Project Management” structure, with objective to achieve GE internal requirements compliance, customer satisfaction and company success through the best possible site management quality. It is also responsible for high predictability of project deliverables and for supporting actively our regional QARA and EHS programs. Also leads the regional Installation contractor and Channel Partners activities. Supports operation team on adjusting the sales forecast and inventory management.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Non-Turnkey Projects or Product/Equipment-Only Projects: Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for small-medium sized projects (size in relation to GE company) that may include equipment-only, suites of products or non-turnkey projects.
- Manages and sets accurate Site Readiness timeline projections for the region. Lead and participate in related operational mechanisms. Ensure and audit projects data and files updated in ERP system.
- A job at this level requires a people leader with ability to hire and develop talent. Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated Construction and site requirements processes with technical variety and/or interdependent cycles.
- Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues from other teams. Lead small initiatives with medium/high risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
- Act as a focal point between the customer and the internal areas for conflict resolution, disputes and questioning that might occur.
- Discuss design and installation escalated issues with each customer when needed. Review customer satisfaction data and follow up on all detractors, creating appropriated action plans to address regional issues.
- Drive safety first safety mindset in the team. Reviews, analysis and develops action plans based on safety KPIs/ incidents and shares appropriate actions among the team, GE contractors and channel Partners.
**Required Qualifications**
- This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management.
- At least 5 yrs of proven project management experience in building/managing construction projects
- At least 3 yrs of proven experience managing medical systems installation projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute projects with 5 years on project management or equivalent experience
- Availability to travel abroad
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish

- Good knowledge of GEHC equipment business and local regulations for medical equipment.
- Project Management Professional certificate
- Knowledge and expertise in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, physics, bioengineering, civil works
- Executive Presentation Skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Salesforce and Taskray experienced
- Can do attitude
