**Director of Sales -High Tech Growth /Technology/ New Age**

Fusion is looking for a passionate **experienced** professional and enterprise Director of Sales to lead our partner relationships in High tech growth/New Age/. This role ensures Fusion experiences growth in priority developing new business. This role will be managing new relationships with existing clients and targeting new clients. Have a deep understanding of customer experience and support in an outsourced model and background in account management and sales. This role will report to the head of NALATAM High Tech Growth Business Unit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the organization.
- Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement thereby develop a high performing managerial team
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Create high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits of the Business Unit.
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
- Maintain In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- Passionately pursue and establish trusted, collaborative and strategic client relationships based on a set of key customer priorities and common goals with in a highly competitive environment.
- Manage a strategic and commercial aspect of the client relationships with key client stakeholders and executives to help develop and grow the partnerships globally, actively participating in defining the future direction of our clients’ businesses and identifying new opportunity.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities (in the applicable vertical)
- Lead the development and execution of account strategy roadmap for existing clients including defending renewals, supporting services retention, partnering to deliver efficiencies and improvements, and delivering revenue growth to targets.
- Close outsourcing engagements in line with digital transformation strategies, NPS and t other strategic targets with EVP and C-level clients.
- Support profitable growth developing, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions, while maintaining a full-service solutions environment.
- Ability to speak contact center language and other technologies that play an important role in augmenting contact center agents, i.e. RPA, OCR, AI. ML, Speech analytics
- Build strong global relationships and align closely with our operational colleagues to support challenges, resolve issues and identify improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations.
- Ensure that payments do not exceed SOW timelines.
- Ensure change orders are executed and communicated to the Site Operations Manager.
- Responsible for budget, forecast accurately and minimizing the revenue leakage and increasing wallet share.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years** of experience in managing customer care, call centers, business development and or back-office operations across multiple locations.
- Global responsibility working with global clients, working with regional teams for growing and acquiring business
- Be able to demonstrate ability to reposition Fusion as a client partner to serve above and beyond the normal BPO engagement model.
- Proactively leverage ideas, insights, and relationships to generate new business for Fusion.
- Demonstrated ability to forge positive relationships with senior level executives with client organizations, actively participating in defining the future direction of our client’s businesses and identifying new markets or business opportunities.
- Proven success in delivering growth via account management and setting the strategic direction and key expectations for the organization. Ability to formulate and recommend strategies and operational objectives. Ability to use industry knowledge and identify improvements to enhance services.
- Significant BPO experience, with a deep understanding of the workings of customer experience support, including contact center operations and BPO industry.
- Success in delivering growth via account management with assigned accounts. Strong commercial and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to make decisions, problem-solve based on economic analysis, align with client’s commercial vision and negotiate contracts to close.
