Qué estarás haciendo

Como **Supply Chain Intern,** te centrarás en estas responsabilidades:

- Aprender del equipo de coordinaccion de partes.
- Actuar como contacto para cotizaciones de repuestos, pedidos, entregas y no conformidades.
- Actuar como enlace entre el cliente y los distintos departamentos involucrados en el proceso de entrega de repuestos.
- Manejar y coordinar cotizaciones y pedidos de acuerdo con los procedimientos de trabajo, las pautas y los requisitos locales.
- Garantizar un tiempo efectivo de respuesta para cotizaciones y pedidos.
- Asegúrar de que se utilicen los datos del cliente correctos y las instrucciones de manejo al procesar cotizaciones y pedidos.
- Seguimiento activo de la cartera de pedidos con el equipo comercial.
- Servir de enlace con Ventas sobre el contenido y los términos de las ofertas.
- Hacer un seguimiento y comunicar la información de las entregas de piezas en consecuencia de manera oportuna a los clientes.
- Seguimiento con stakeholders internos sobre cotizaciones y entregas según proceso acordado.

- Estar en la ultima etapa de la carrera o haber culminado hace corto tiempo la carrera.
- Ganas de aprender de un quipo dinamico y de una empresa multinacional con mas de 172 años en la industria de generacion de energia.
- Gusto por conocer otras culturas
- Inglés fluido (B2 - C1)
- Atención al cliente (interno, externo)
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo
