**About the client (**Atlantis Home Buyers**)**
We are searching for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team as a Client Intake Specialist. As a Client Intake Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our sales development, appointment setting, and customer service efforts, serving as the initial point of contact for homeowners interested in selling their properties.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus but not required.
- Passion for helping homeowners achieve their real estate goals.
- Home Office setting that includes: laptop or desktop, noise canceling headphones, monitor, reliable internet connection, and electrical power connection.
**Responsibilities**
- Contact and qualify cold and warm leads with phone calls
- Create and strategically prioritize target account lists
- Conduct high-level conversations with contacts at target accounts
- Conduct lead follow-up activity based on marketing events and website inquiries
- Successfully utilize multiple sales enablement tools simultaneously
- Track all activity in a CRM
- Work closely with internal teams to develop lead gen programs
- Report to KPIs to leadership including calls, conversations, meetings booked, etc.

**Job specific requirements**
- 1-2 years in sales development
- Real estate experience preferred
- Prior experience with CRM
- Excellent internet for video calls with a working computer
- Ability to work in the US time zones
- Excellent English, including understanding of a wide array of idioms (assessed via written, phone and video tests)
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish (assessed via written and video tests)
