At Encora we are looking for a great talent like you to join our team as the next **Senior Technical Project Manager (9407)**.

**About the role**:
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assist in defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business processes in collaboration with other stakeholders
- Daily Management and coordination of all technical and logístical aspects of a project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items and change requests
- Work to track user stories and correlate data to prepare weekly/monthly reports for management/business review
- Leading and co-ordinating the scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimating and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams
- Translating scope and requirements of a technical nature to wider stakeholders of all levels

**Our Requirements**:

- 5-8 years successfully managing and delivering projects for large organizations while coordinating teams with a diverse suite of skills.
- Strong facilitation skills to drive cross-functional dependency mapping, tech solutioning, sizing activities, source refinement;
- Must have a sound technical understanding and experience establishing/enhancing processes.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies, allowing for flexibility in process.
- Project Management experience within software development, backend / API engineering teams.
- Preferred: User identity, Media Streaming, or E-commerce domain experience ideal.
- AWS toolkit experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to bring multi players/teams together.
- Clear communicator and facilitator.
- Bridge between business and technical teams.
- An uncanny ability to understand a project at its component level and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Excitement for learning and overcoming challenges.
- Ability to level-set trust with teams that want to work with you.
