Sobre ti

Formación académica
- Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Derecho o carreras afines al rol.

Años y experiência requerida
- 5+ años de experiência en Prevención de Fraude Interno.
- 4+ años de experiência en Gestión de Equipos.

Conocimientos
- Principales Patrones, Tendencias y Modus Operandi utilizados en la Prevención del Fraude.
- Definición y/o implantación de Modelos Analíticos para la Detección de Fraude.
- Traducción de términos legales complejos para Audiencias no Jurídicas.
- Sector Financiero.

- Harás parte del equipo de Financial Crime Prevention en la Vicepresidencia de Ingeniería & HoD.
- Una nueva área en BBVA Colombia que nace debido a la importancia creciente de la lucha contra el crimen financiero en el sector bancario y que integra el área de Fraude y AML.

Sobre el puesto

Misión del cargo
- Serás el(la) líder del área de Prevención de Fraude Interno.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderarás la realización de una evaluación periódica de la exposición al Riesgo de Fraude, con el fin de identificar potenciales actuaciones y fraudes específicos que la organización necesita mitigar.
- Establecerás un Programa de Gestión del Riesgo de Fraude Interno como parte de la estructura de gobierno.
- Implantarás técnicas de Prevención que eviten, en la medida de lo posible, posibles Fraudes y mitiguen los impactos en la organización (tanto económicos como reputacionales).
- Implantarás técnicas de Detección, para descubrir Fraudes cuando las técnicas de prevención hayan fallado o no hayan mitigado el Riesgo.
- Implantarás un proceso de Reporting para solicitar input sobre potenciales Fraudes. La investigación del Fraude debe coordinarse con la acción correctiva, para que la gestión sea adecuada.
- Colaborarás con el resto de Áreas / Stakeholders implicados en la lucha contra el Fraude Interno (RCA, Auditoría Interna, T&C ).
- Evaluarás de manera contínua el impacto y rendimiento de las estrategias antifraude definidas. Asimismo, darás seguimiento y ajustarás o modificarás el modelo en caso necesario.
- Realizarás seguimiento de los resultados, métricas y optimización de las estrategias según las Metas o Benchmarking.
- Garantizarás el cumplimiento de los ANS establecidos para la resolución de investigaciones y requerimientos de entidades y supervisores externos.
- Te coordinarás y alinearás con el resto de áreas participantes para lograr la Prevención del Fraude a través de actualización, cambios, controles en procesos y/o campañas de concienciación.
- Asegurarás que todas las investigaciones cumplan con los lineamientos requeridos por el área jurídica para la defensa del Banco.
- Te mantendrás actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y métodos utilizados para materializar Fraude ajustando las estrategias de investigación según sea necesario.
