**Tus próximos desafíos**:
El/la **Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Leader** de Global66, **tendrá como principal objetivo garantizar la atracción del mejor talento para Global66, sumado al desarrollo del posicionamiento de la empresa como una de las marcas empleadoras top of mind a nível Latam.

**Dentro de sus principales desafíos se encuentran,**
- Definición y ejecución de los procesos de reclutamiento y selección. Eso incluye:

- _Levantamiento de perfiles de búsqueda con Hiring Managers._
- _Guiar y asesorar respecto a las mejores prácticas de reclutamiento y técnicas de entrevistas a los Hiring Managers._
- _Construir relaciones fluidas con Stakeholders durante todo el proceso de selección._
- Planificar prioridades de las búsquedas y crear estrategias de reclutamiento.
- Realizar análisis y reportería mensual de los procesos de selección.
- Definición y ejecución de la estrategia de Employer Branding.
- _Cumplir con las iniciativas de EB según calendario._
- _Desarrollo de contenido relevante para cada iniciativa de EB._
- _Coordinación con stakeholders y proveedores para las actividades a realizar._
- Onboarding nuevos socios,
- _Coordinar ingresos mensuales junto con las áreas involucradas._
- _Ejecutar el end to end del proceso de onboarding de nuevos ingresos._

**¿Qué buscamos?**:

- Estudios Universitarios completos en Ing. Comercial, Ing. Industrial, Ing. en Recursos Humanos, Psicología o afín.
- De 5 a 7 años de experiência manejando estrategias de Talent Acquisition y Employer Branding.
- Deseable experiência como People Partner de áreas Comerciales y Tech.
- **Inglé avanzado**

**Mejor aún si cuentas con,**:

- Excel intermedio para el seguimiento y gestión de indicadores del área.
- Manejo de ATS.
- Manejo Linkedin Recruiter y boolean search.
