Scope: Full-time | On-Site | Location: Bogota

***H**ow a **day-to-day** would look like in this role.**
- Responsible for the planning and control of activities inherent to the projects.
- Manage and supervise the quality of deliverables, ensuring compliance with the established methodology and managing the corresponding risks.
- Identify the main causes of delays in the delivery of activities to the client and take corrective and/or preventive measures in conjunction with the manager.
- Actively participate in planning activities, including meetings, decision-making, and negotiating estimates and work plans for unscheduled activities.
- Evaluate the risks and contingencies of the project, considering technical and non-technical factors.

**Profile**: Education in Systems Engineering or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in coordinating high-complexity technology projects.

**Required **q**ualification**s**:

- Experience in implementation and management of services.
- Ability for planning and project control.
- Knowledge in the configuration and administration of technological management tools.
- Ability to analyze and report operational and project metrics.
- Skill in identifying and managing risks.
- Competence in team training and development.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Analytical capacity for performance evaluation and resource optimization.
- Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work in a team and lead projects.

**Desired **q**ualification**s**:

- ITIL
- Scrum Master or other agile methodologies
