Estamos buscando un Analista de Ventas Internas con experiência para ayudarnos a dar forma al futuro.

Con base en Bogotá, Colombia, serás responsable de apoyar la gestión de ventas a través del ingreso y seguimiento de órdenes de pedido, reportes y atención al cliente.

Principales responsabilidades
- Ingresar los pedidos en el ERP Corporativo, previo análisis y validación de la información.
- Ser puente de comunicación entre ventas y otras áreas internas (Logística, Producción)
- Generar informes con análisis solicitados por el responsable de ventas internas
- Realizar documentos propios de la gestión comercial.
- Atender y tramitar internamente las reclamaciones de los clientes

¿A quién buscamos?
- Tecnólogo en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o Administración de Empresas
- De 1 a 2 años de experiência en puestos relacionados
- Inglés intermedio

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Analyst to help us shape the future.

Based in Bogotá, Colombia, you will be responsible for support sales management through the entry and follow-up of order orders, reports and customer service.

Main responsibilities
- Enter the orders in the Corporate ERP, after analysis and validation of the information.
- To be a communication bridge between sales and other internal areas (Logistics, Production)
- Generate reports with analysis requested by the Head of Inside Sales
- Make own documents of the commercial management.
- Attend and process customer complaints internally

Who are we looking for?
- Technologist in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- 1 to 2 years of experience in related positions
