**Propósito**:
Salvar y sostener vidas administrando el inventario a nível de país o clúster. Los MP monitorean y mitigan las excepciones de suministro

a nível de país y lideran e impulsan las comunicaciones entre el equipo comercial, el Servicio al Cliente, Calidad, Asuntos Regulatorios, los Network Planners y los equipos de Fulfillment con respecto a los gaps entre el inventario y la demanda de

los clientes, especialmente en los mercados de importación. Los MP trabajan con los NP para mitigar los problemas de

suministro e inventario a corto-mediano plazo y determinar la estrategia para comunicar los gaps entre el inventario y la

demanda al equipo comercial. En escenarios de importación, los MP pueden gestionar el cumplimiento dentro de los nodos

del país. El puesto abarca un alto nível de responsabilidades de gestión de riesgos y gestión de pedidos.

**Responsabilidades y deberes esenciales**:
**1. **Administrar producto terminado importado, máquinas y/o accesorios conectando las actividades correspondientes al proceso a través del relacionamiento con proveedores internacionales, áreas al interior de la compañía y con entidades externas a Baxter. Los modelos de planeación a aplicar dependerán de los códigos a trabajar, la herramienta, línea de negocio y proveedor.

**2.** Mantener parámetros de las herramientas de planeación alineados a la realidad; lead times, safety stocks y tiempos

de liberación.

**3.** Garantizar actividades relacionadas con controles de cambio / PFMEA para productos nuevos, modificaciones de productos y/o extensiones de línea.

**4.** Garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de gestión tales como nível de inventario, rotación de inventario, nível

de servicio al cliente, backorder, discard y costos de cadena de las líneas a su cargo.

**5. **Liderar estrategias de comunicación de riesgos de abastecimiento a stakeholders.

**6**. Manage new product launches and product phase outs within the market.

**7.**Desarrollar y ejecutar los presupuestos de saldos de inventarios, plan de compras y discard-provisión de las líneas

a cargo por país para el ejercicio de Budget y forecast financieros correspondientes.

**8.** Identificar iniciativas de mejoramiento o proyectos (proyectos Lean-Six sigma) y desarrollar planes de trabajo para

ejecutar los mismos, liderándolos o haciendo parte de equipos de trabajo con el fin de encontrar los níveles óptimos

de inventario.

**9.** Gestionar reclamaciones financieras (Notas Créditos). Productos on hold.

Gestionar reclamación de máquinas que llegan averiadas.

**Requisitos mínimos**:
**1. **Mínimo 3 años en experiência en planeación de inventarios manufacturados y/o importados

**2. **Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de empresas o carreras afines.

**3. **Ingles Avanzado **(Indispensable)**

**4. **Excel Avanzado

**5. **Certificación APICS **( deseable)**

**6. **Experiência con softwares de planeación **(deseable)**
