- Providing comprehensive information and support to users concerning the company's products and services, fostering strong client relationships.
- Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving complaints, handling claims, and actively soliciting and implementing customer suggestions.
- Conducting thorough audits and verifications of relevant documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established standards.
- Overseeing the purchase of invoices, and meticulously managing the invoicing process to streamline financial transactions.
- Managing the end-to-end process of debt collection, employing effective strategies to recover outstanding payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Implementing rigorous payer verification procedures to validate payment sources, mitigate risks and ensure financial transactions' integrity.
- Conducting comprehensive risk analyses to identify potential threats and opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**: At least 2 or 3 years of experience In the financial area.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (March to November) // 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (November to March), following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract.
- **Places**: This position will be **remote **you will have to travel one time to Bogota
- **Salary**: 4.000.000 COP
