**El Rol**

Como **Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist, **serás el responsable de suplir las necesidades de contratación que tiene Bold para alcanzar sus objetivos en el área de Sales & Ops, reclutando talento que cumple con los requisitos que se tienen e implementando estrategias para cumplir con los tiempos y la calidad de los perfiles requeridos.

**Deberás**:

- Identificar y buscar el talento adecuado para las necesidades actuales de la compañía y también para los roles futuros que se crearán en el área de Sales.
- Gestionar las herramientas de reclutamiento que utiliza la empresa para lograr cumplir con el plan de contratación del área de Sales & Ops
- Crear el Job description de cada posición nueva a reclutar para el área de Sales & Ops.
- Ejecutar el plan de contratación del área de Sales & Ops propuesto por la empresa de acuerdo a las fechas y perfiles y requeridos.
- Implementar estrategias de Talent Acquisition y marca empleadora para el área de Sales & Ops.
- Trabajar de forma conjunta con Hiring Managers del área de Sales & Ops para ayudarles en todo lo referente a la contratación de nuevos empleados.
- Mantener relaciones con agencias de contratación de terceros y empresas de dotación de personal para gestionar el proceso de atracción y contratación con ellas.

Fondo de empleados
- Profesional en psicología, administración de empresas o ciencias afines.
- 3+ años de experiência en procesos de selección masivos, preferiblemente en perfiles comerciales.
- Conocimientos en herramientas y estrategias de reclutamiento masivo, técnicas de ventas.
- Conocimiento en aplicación y análisis de pruebas psicotécnicas.
