**We’re seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team.**

Proper is seeking a Sales Administrator with a collaborative, positive, proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for talent attraction in a fast-paced environment that’s continuously evolving.

Proper is a San Francisco-based tech startup. This position would be based remotely in LATAM.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting our Sales teams while handling the sales pipeline
- Customize presentation material to fit specific sales objectives
- Take notes during meetings (internal and external)
- Support proposals and contract drafting
- Coordinate internal tasks to make possible and successful our sales process.
- Maintain accurate data within the CRM system
- Develop proposal templates, decks, and sales collaterals
- Maintain internal sales training material
- Assists in pipeline management to ensure accurate forecasting

**Leadership & Communication**:

- Collaborating with the sales team to discuss best practices, collaterals, or make A/B tests on different strategies
- You should make the entire team more productive through your efforts.
- Able to communicate clearly on technical issues and present ideas to the rest of the team
- Ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations
- Have passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results; action-oriented
- Time Management and ability to multitask
- Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions

**Job Requirements**:

- 0-3 years experience in Sales or Admin roles in B2B companies or SAAS companies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills and MS Office (basic Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Proven ability to operate and succeed within a fast-paced environment
- The desire to learn and continually give and receive feedback effectively
