We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated** Account Manager Quality Analyst **to join the team and will be in charge of keeping track of each of the accounts, establishing real-time visualization tools for the operations department as well as for the clients, generating the necessary metrics of the accounts according to the needs, establishing reports on the status of the accounts on a weekly basis. Also, he/she will be in charge of generating reports and support action plans when the KPIs of an account manager or an account are not in a favorable state. Finally, the AM Analyst should be in charge of supervising the processes of the dedicated accounts, and the standards, and control the operation of the accounts.

**Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior**:

- Establish the metrics standardizing the KPIs of the dedicated accounts.
- Generate real-time dashboards for each of the accounts.
- Analyze the KPIs of each of the accounts and generate reports for the operations department.
- Support the action plans of the accounts that do not have their metrics according to the established standards.

- Establish the feedback system to account managers, measuring performance and their work Support in the measurement of workloads.
- Centralize the management of KPI and account information.
- Generate quality levels within the KPIs.
- Has the responsibility of generating the control system of the dedicated accounts, supporting the operations department, and standardization of metrics and processes.
- Attend activities, meetings, and events coordinated by your team and/or by the company, in which your participation is required.
- Attend meetings or events organized by project leaders, clients, or external entities that require their participation.
- Maintain constant communication with colleagues and project leaders.
- Attend in-person or virtual meetings, training, and activities scheduled by the company, which contribute to the performance of their duties and their professional development.
- Participate when necessary in the face-to-face visit made by a client or meeting requested by the Account Manager or direct leader.
- Generate reports to management on dedicated accounts.
