**Job Description** JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a Marketing Specialist - Texter at Atlas Home Offer, you will play a critical role in our business development efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound texts to prospective clients, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with potential customers. Your goal will be to identify qualified real estate opportunities and schedule appointments for our Acquisition team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead Engagement:

- Engage with potential real estate leads through text messaging, ensuring a
- personalized and empathetic approach.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing detailed and accurate information about properties, market trends, and other relevant details.
- Communication:

- Craft compelling and personalized text messages that convey the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable tone to build rapport with potential clients.
- Handle objections and concerns effectively, turning inquiries into potential clients.
- Information Accuracy:

- Gather and input meticulous details about properties, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and other critical information.
- Collaborate with the real estate team to obtain up-to-date and accurate data for effective communication.
- Follow-Up:

- Implement a systematic follow-up strategy to nurture leads and convert them into active clients.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities, utilizing CRM tools if necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Previous Texting Experience is Preferred.
- Strong English Communication Skills in English Language (Written and Verbal).
- Able to properly communicate in Spanish Language is preferred but not required.
- Customer Service Experience is strongly preferred.
- Real Estate Sales Experience is strongly preferred.
- Must be able and willing to follow the process.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable with Remote Work and using Digital Tools and CRM Systems.
- Must Possess all of the equipments needed for a Remote Work (High Internet Speed, Excellent Desktop, and Back-up for Electricity and Internet Issues)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Self Motivated and Goal Oriented
- A high level of Professionalism and Integrity.

**BENEFITS & COMPENSATION**:

- Salary: $3 per hour
- Commission for any closed deals

**SCHEDULE**:

- Monday to Friday: 10:30am to 7:30pm (Saturdays if needed)

- Core i5, 8gbs of Ram, and reliable high-speed internet connection. (20mbs down, 5mbps up is the minimum)
