**About the Job**

**The Global Snapshot Client Liaison** is the key operational contact for clients and NielsenIQ countries worldwide, working on the design and management of the production and delivery of the multi-country Ad hoc reports. The Global Snapshot Client Liaison ensures the reports optimally combine client needs and existing data sources. Good project design with appropriate set-up is crucial for good quality and on time deliveries.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide services to meet client needs. Lead discussions with clients and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to advise them on how Ad Hoc reports, including multiple country information, can best be set up and delivered.
- Key touch point for proactive communication and transparency on issues, service enhancements and technology updates for internal (Client Service / Global Services BDMs and ISC network in local countries) and external clients.
- Coordinate data orders (linked to Availability studies) to ISC network in NielsenIQ local countries and production of the Snapshot reports.
- Coordinate report production with offshore production team.
- Accountable for supporting clients and BDMs on the correct escalation and resolution of day to day queries, new business opportunities and on technical requirements.
- Back up for ISC in Global snapshot team: Respond to international queries on local data availability, data orders and data queries.

**Qualifications**:
**MUST HAVE**

Hard Skills
- 1.5 - 3 years of experience working with clients and managing projects.
- English level: proficiency (written and spoken)
- Microsoft Suite level: intermediate - advanced

Soft Skills
- Proven client-facing skills.
- Ability in representing complex operational processes in a simple and open manner.
- Excellent verbal and numerical reasoning skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability work with associates at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to build relationships across countries and cultures to establish a network
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple, competing deadlines managing expectations when appropriate.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to ask for support if required.
- Process driven.

**DESIRABLE**
- Business Process Improvement: Work on process and service improvement to bring efficiency, productivity and flexibility in global snapshot team.
