Team Overview:
In this role, you will oversee the North Latam operation by executing strategies in the cities we operate cross Mexico.

Role Responsibilities:

- Designing, testing, and implementing effective operational tactics aligned with each country's strategic objectives.
- Conducting data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improving operational performance.
- Maintaining and updating essential tools, including dashboards, to support the team's smooth operations.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Contributing to strategic projects.

Role Qualifications:

- **Years of Experience**: 1-2 years of proven success in fast-paced environments, with a focus on operations.
- ** Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, management, engineering, economics, or related).
- ** Preferred Industries**: Experience in tech, consulting or operations management.
- ** Soft Skills**: Demonstrates adaptability, empathy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to driving results. Collaborates effectively and communicates clearly.
- ** Hard Skills**:

- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**: Leverages data and analytics to inform strategic choices and drive performance.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Demonstrates expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and data analysis tools, including Pivot Tables. Proficiency in SQL is a strong plus.
