In addition to relationship management and negotiation experience, this position requires critical thinking, creativity, project management, and execution skills as you'll be called upon to conceive and drive major partner initiatives while working cross-functionally with our product, tech and business operations teams.
**Responsibilities**:
**Be an owner**:
- Manage strategic partnerships with entities of all shapes and sizes; build, maintain and evolve external relationships with top partners and across the ecosystem.
- Manage end-to-end negotiation processes, work cross-functionally with our internal teams and help grow the minka ecosystem.
- Develop and adapt partnerships/go-to-market strategies to meet broader minka_ goals across rapidly changing industries.
- Build joint business plans with our partners for initiatives, including end-to-end GTM plans as well as a robust set of KPIs, success metrics, joint accountability and governance.
- Be outcome driven to deliver against growth targets
**Be a solver**:
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities and roadmaps and execute on the strategy for initiatives with strategic partners.
- Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
- Engage with several internal cross functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve and scale new features and user experiences across markets, functional areas and verticals.
- Play an integral role in driving our expansion by identifying key opportunities and potential leads.
**Requirements**:
- +6 years of experience in Growth or partnership management. Experience at fintechs with cloud services, payments or SaaS is a plus.
- Motivated, proactive, and confident individual contributor who can thrive in a dynamic (read chaotic) environment. You maintain composure in high pressure and ambiguous situations. Ready to dive-in and get your hands dirty.
- Be knowledgeable about the Latam payments landscape and have key relationships in the region
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at understanding and contributing to conversations with colleagues in technical functions around product specifications.
- Structured and analytical thinker with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills.

- Undergraduate degree, masters a plus
