Right now we are looking for a **Workplace Experience** to join our team at Globant in **Medellin**

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the services that support office functionality, such as cleaning and maintenance, ensuring that the work environment is in optimal condition by creating a safe, comfortable, and productive space. Provide support to internal clients and ensure that services meet user expectations.
- Responsible for the overall Glober's experience in their workspace and its components.
- Responsible for the functionality of the office, performing preventive and reactive on-site tasks. Also serve as a reference and point of contact for providers who offer services and benefits in the office.
- Participate as a liaison with clients when they visit us and are interested in learning about our environment and how it is managed on a day-to-day basis. Clearly understand the purpose of each space and what it contributes to the Glober's experience when they are in our facilities.
- Coordinates and supervises the facilities, technical maintenance of the spaces.
- Assists in the planning of office opening and closing.
- Plans the optimization of space and resource usage, and their respective allocation.
- Monitors HVAC systems, ventilation, and heating, as well as regular usage and maintenance programs.
- Manages relationships with active suppliers for the workplace experience area, ensuring contract compliance.
- Ensures the functionality of meeting rooms and provides Globers with access to the management and reservation tool.
- Supervises and maintains the inventory of office supplies and assets.
- Conducts tours with clients or partners interested in learning about our facilities and the functionality of each space.
- Must follow up on actions required by other areas (Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, Service Desk, Physical Security) to ensure timely compliance.
- Maintains constant and smooth communication with the administrations where our sites are located to ensure the proper provision of their services, facilities, and accessibility.
- Supports the implementation of different policies, procedures, and processes applicable to the operation and use of spaces. Responsible for tracking and controlling the budget assigned to their site.
