**Job Description**:
Design and develop personalized and thematic menus for banquets and special events, ensuring culinary excellence and customer satisfaction from the selection of fresh and high-quality ingredients to the artistic presentation of the dishes.
Work closely with event organizers and banquet coordinators to understand the specific preferences and needs of customers.
Efficiently manage the budget and resources, optimizing the use of ingredients and minimizing waste.
Direct and train the kitchen team, ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety and service protocols.
Work Experience
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Banquet Chef or in high-level culinary roles in luxury gastronomic establishments.
You must have a deep knowledge of culinary techniques, presentation of dishes and gastronomic trends.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop kitchen teams, fostering a collaborative environment. In addition to possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
You must have an updated BPM course.
